As the senior marketing representative for Spectrum Properties, Jessica is responsible for the overall leasing and marketing of both downtown and suburban properties in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary/RTP area.

Senior Property Manager

Joining Spectrum Properties in May of 1999, Christi serves as a senior property manager for the Triangle portfolio. Christi holds a NC sales license and a CPM designation. She is actively involved in BOMA, CREW and IREM.

Jordan Betz

Marketing Representative

Jordan joined Spectrum Properties in 2007 and assists in the marketing and leasing of our Triangle portfolio. Jordan is involved in various real estate organizations including TRAOBA, TCAR, and NAIOP.
