The Spectrum Properties' management and maintenance teams have years of experience. With on-site maintenance personnel, building issues are dealt with promptly. Safety, communication and service to our tenants is always our first priority.

Regency Lakeview limits after-hours access via an electronic access card system.

Fiber Optic Network

The park is completely wired with a fiber optic network that allows tenants the best in computer and phone capability at the minimum cost.

Kiosk

Calvert Cafe is located in the atrium of the 11000 building, providing a variety of breakfast and lunch options for tenants and guests to the buildings. Cafe tables and multiple seating areas in the lobby of the 11000 building provide tenants with an area for a casual meeting or a relaxing lunch.

Car Detailing

An on-site service for vehicles will offer washing, waxing and detailing. Services are provided while you work, saving you valuable time.

Fitness Center

A fitness center with both cardivascular and weight machines is located in the 11000 building and is available to all tenants of Regency Lakeview. A jogging trail around Symphony Lake is another alternative for a workout before, during, or after the workday.

Wireless Internet Connection

Tenants and visitors to the Regency Lakeview have free access to the wireless Internet connection in the lobbies and on the deck of the 11000 building.

Life Time Fitness Center

A brand new Life Time Fitness Center opened in 2007 at the corner of Regency Parkway and Tryon Road, offering state-of-the-art training, equipment, and health facilities to the tenant and residential population of Cary.
